The warranty, tier by tier, because "up to" hides a lot
Every repairer advertises a warranty and most bury what it actually covers. Ours splits by part, because the parts don't fail at the same rate. Screen replacements carry 24 months. Battery replacements carry 12 — a battery is a consumable and pretending otherwise would be dishonest. Charging ports and everything else carry 90 days. If a job covers more than one fault, each part keeps its own term: a screen and battery replaced together is 24 months on the screen and 12 on the battery, not the shorter of the two applied to both. All of it covers the part we fitted and the work we did, and none of it covers a fresh drop or a new spill.
What voids it, said plainly up front
New accidental damage and new liquid damage aren't covered — that's a fresh repair, not a warranty claim, and any repairer telling you otherwise is going to change their mind later. Neither is a fault in a component unrelated to the work we did, or damage caused by someone else opening the phone afterwards. What is covered is straightforward: if the part we fitted fails, or the work we did comes undone, it's ours to put right. On devices with existing liquid damage or previous third-party repairs, the phone can behave unpredictably and we'll tell you before starting if that means a reduced warranty on your specific device — agreed with you, not discovered afterwards.

Times are from the moment the phone reaches the workshop. Collection and return add a day either side. We collect from and return to your door across Dewsbury, Batley, Heckmondwike, Mirfield, Cleckheaton, Birstall — free on repairs over £50, £10 under. Anywhere else in the UK we repair by post from £50 up, with both labels free and an insured Special Delivery return. Below £50 the postage outruns the repair, so those are local jobs.
