A part has been replaced, such as a screen or a battery, or the phone has marks we show in the photos. Each listing names the parts. If a replacement part isn't genuine Apple, the listing says so.
What stays the same
Every unit is tested before it goes out: screen, cameras, charging, Face ID or Touch ID, IMEI and Find My. Battery health is 85% or better, or a new battery has been fitted. 30-day returns, as with every phone.
The warranty
12 months on any fault you didn't cause, instead of the 24 months on our Like New and Good grades. See the grading guide for how the grades compare.
