How fast?
Every device is individually sourced and quality-checked before it ships — that's what makes us different — so your order is dispatched within 2–4 working days. If anything looks like taking longer, we'll message you before you need to ask.
How it arrives
- Devices ship by Royal Mail Special Delivery — tracked, insured to full value, and requiring a signature.
- Accessories ship by Royal Mail Tracked 24/48.
- You'll receive your tracking number by email the moment your order is dispatched.
Delivery cost
UK delivery is free on orders over £30. On orders below £30 a delivery charge applies, shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.
Missed deliveries
If you're out when delivery is attempted, Royal Mail will leave a card with redelivery or collection options. Devices not collected are returned to us — we'll contact you to rearrange (a re-delivery charge may apply).
