Back in 2015 we launched Optimise Repairs in Batley, doing one thing and doing it properly: fixing phones. Cracked screens, dead batteries, water damage, the handset that “just stopped working” the night before a holiday. Over the years that followed we repaired thousands of devices and earned the trust of customers right across Yorkshire — one fixed phone at a time.

That decade on the workbench taught us something. The phone industry doesn't have a quality problem. It has a fragmentation problem.
