Sealed, from the manufacturer's official supply chain, into our workshop — never posted to you from abroad.
We test and set up
Phonecheck diagnostic, Google Play verified, region and language set to UK English, updates applied. Case and glass fitted.
Delivered
Next-day insured, or hand-delivered and set up at your door if you're local. Your order shows the IMEI and software version.
Imported to order — delivery within 15 working days.
The terms for this range, in plain English
- Warranty. 12 months, handled by us. These models aren't serviced in the UK, so a manufacturer-level repair is carried out overseas and takes six to ten weeks. Batteries, accidental and liquid damage, and faults caused by software modification aren't covered. Your UK statutory rights apply on top.
- Arrived faulty? Tell us within 30 days and we refund or replace — no waiting on anyone overseas.
- Changed your mind? 14 days from delivery, phone complete and undamaged, return postage deducted.
- Software. Global versions work like any UK Android phone. China versions have limits (tap-to-pay, some banking apps, a few Chinese system apps) that are stated on the listing — please read them before you buy.
- Prices. The price you pay at checkout is the price. If for any reason we can't fulfil your order, you get a full refund straight away.
- Don't open it up. Repairs by anyone other than the manufacturer's service network void the warranty. We test and set up; we don't open these.
Questions people ask
Are these phones new?
Yes — brand new and sealed. We import them ourselves and open the box only to test and set the phone up for you; we photograph it before and after.
Will it work on my UK network?
Supports full UK 4G including Band 20 (800MHz) and 5G on n1, n3 and n78 — the bands EE, O2, Vodafone and Three use. Dual SIM. Global-version phones behave like any Android phone in the UK; China-version phones have a few software limits we spell out on each listing.
What's the difference between a Global version and a China version?
Global versions run the manufacturer's international software with Google built in — everything works, including Google Wallet. China versions run the China software with Google Play installed by us; most apps work, but Google Wallet contactless and some banking apps may not. If tap-to-pay matters to you, pick a Global version.
What warranty do I get?
A 12-month warranty, handled by us. Because these models aren't serviced in the UK, a manufacturer-level repair is carried out overseas and can take six to ten weeks. Your UK statutory rights apply on top: if a phone arrives faulty, we refund or replace it straight away.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes — 14 days from delivery, as with anything bought online. The phone needs to come back complete and undamaged, and you cover the return postage. We'll send a Special Delivery label and deduct the cost, or you can drop it in locally.
How long does it take?
Imported to order — delivery within 15 working days. Your order is placed with our import partners the day you pay, and it comes to our workshop for testing and setup before it reaches you.
