Global version — works like any Android phone in the UK

This is the manufacturer's international software with Google services built in. Google Play, Google Wallet (contactless), banking apps and app updates all work normally.

Supports full UK 4G including Band 20 (800MHz) and 5G on n1, n3 and n78 — the bands EE, O2, Vodafone and Three use. Dual SIM.

Not sold by the manufacturer in the UK, so software updates come from the manufacturer's global channel rather than a UK carrier.

Folding phones carry more risk than a bar phone: the hinge and inner screen are the parts most likely to develop a fault. It's covered by the 12-month warranty, but a warranty repair on a fold is carried out overseas and takes longer.
